Exchange Policy
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Pretty Mom will allow its customer to return and exchange the products that purchased, when there’s reasonable reason to do so. But there will be no cash refund.
EXCHANGE POLICY:
- Please return your packages to No394/6, 2nd Lane, Ekamuthu Mawatha, Thalangama North, Battaramulla. 10120.
- Package should be sent with a sealed packing to avoid any damages.
- A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods when returning a package.
- discounted items will not be exchanged.
- Undergarments will not allow to exchange.
- Customer must inform Pretty Mom the exchange within 3 days from the delivery date.
- Returnable item should be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. if noticed any of this, pretty Mom management has right to reject the exchange.
cancellation POLICY:
